SHIPPING POLICY

Our infamous “Sea Queen” original design is our BESTSELLER! This specific dress ships out 7 days or less from the day of purchase. Example: if you purchase on Thursday, it will ship the following Thursday or sooner. Priority shipping is typically 2-4 days once shipped. Express shipping is also available (1 business day) 

We have a Customade tab as well as a Ready to ship tab. The ready to ship tab will list all of the custom made items we have that are already made and in stock ready to ship or pickup. If the item you want is not in the ready to ship collection , the item can still be purchased from the customade tab. However, there will be a production time before the item ship.

Please read the description of each garment to find out the inventory status. It will say in stock , or a processing time.

Processing time take 7-21 business days  to make, we start the processing time on the next business day. If you choose EXPRESS shipping for a garment that has a processing time the garment will ship EXPRESS (1day) when it is complete instead of PRIORITY (2-4 days). SEAQUEENS are typically ready to ship. However, if they are not ready to ship, they have a 7 day or less production time.

 

Our garments are custom made . For custom sizing place your order online . Then text 502-600-0123 with your order number and measurements.


some shipping speeds are based on the shipping courier and your location.

We are not responsible for orders not arriving in time if the delay was because of the courier.

Shipping timeframe is currently 2-5 days depending on the postal service in your area for all BOUTIQUE ITEMS. We all know the feeling we all get when we click the "Complete Order" button. 2 minutes later like where's my order?? We are excited as you are to see you slay the goodies you just bought. This is why we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Please note, Porsha Glover Customs is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume seasons. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and preorder policy.

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to provide the fastest turn around time we can , however, we do appreciate your patience!

Items purchased on pre-order may take between 1-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order.

Porsha Glover Customs IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEM NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK.

4. **Alterations:** Any alterations needed are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting with a professional tailor to ensure a perfect fit.

5. **Quality Check:** Before leaving the store, please thoroughly inspect your gown to ensure it meets your expectations. Notify us immediately if there are any concerns with the gown's condition.

6. **Cancellation:** Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once payment is processed. Please make your selection carefully.

7. **Exchange Policy:** We do not offer exchanges for pre-made prom gowns. Please be certain of your choice before completing the purchase.

8. **Special Circumstances:** In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include an exchange or store credit.
